Kirill Richert is an artist based in St. Petersburg, Russia who enjoys drawing and illustrative typography. Typography is a useful technique that improves the the visual appeal of words and helps its message to be understood better. Like most typography design, Kirill is proficient in transforming letters and words into remarkable visual pieces of art that are capable of capturing our interest in a single glance.
When most people envision typography images of letterheads and brochures come to mind. However, as Kirill so brilliantly illustrates, it can come in different lines and curves, various sizes, thickness, and colors. With these many options, artists are able to come up with amazing designs that boost the visual characteristics of the letters, words, and sentences. In the artwork below, his passions are evident in his amazing styles; and his love for the sea, sun, and surfing. He amazingly integrates some of his eye-catching typography designs to color images that further express the message of the typography.
