The beautiful mosques featured in photos here are difficult to describe in mere words. Vibrantly excessive degree of detail, overwhelming, brilliant decorative textures, flawless geometric designs overflowing into a bigger picture of perfect symmetry. This is the stunning effort that has been immortalized by an architectural photographer, Mohammad Reza Domiri Ganji, in northern Iran. These breathtaking images of the mosque architecture in the Middle East are taking a tour of the world today.
The Middle East has always been distinguished for its beautiful mosques and architecture: for the elegant curves, stylish arches, and spiraling columns. Each one ornamented with perfect geometric decorations, highly detailed mosaics, and colorful stained-glass windows, all livened by light reflecting from detail to detail. Those with a photographic eye will notice the use of wide-angle lenses in the photos. This technique was used because most of the historic sites shot by Domiri are almost impossible to capture in one frame. But no matter the technique used by Domiri he was successful in capturing an immersive amount of detail and perspectives, a beauty to our eyes and a rarity of architecture.
